Our Studio Offerings

Every session comes with a complimentary consultation to determine your needs.
Sitting fees are not included, and is determined by travel and extras discussed in consultation. Explore our different studio session types below.

  • Perfect for professionals and personal branding, each session takes about 20-45 minutes for individuals. We explore three different background options, review, and go over custom retouching. We can also view an optional transparent .PNG for marketing use.

  • Designed for couples and families who want timeless portraits. All sessions are completed with a designated background and multiple poses with retouches. Ideal for wall art and generational heirlooms.

    Commissioned paintings are available for those looking to capture a milestone in their life through a masterpiece, and begins as small as 5×7, up to 30×40.”

  • For businesses or firms looking to update their website staff marketing. A consultation will be provided to understand the amount of people looking to be photographed, custom backgrounds, retouching add-ons and scheduling.
    Custom packages are available for smaller businesses looking to combine additional services alongside headshots.

  • We create magazine-quality images that showcase your clothing or product with professional models, expert lighting, and refined posing. Each shoot is carefully styled and directed to highlight your brand’s vision, resulting in editorial ready shots for marketing, lookbooks, and social media campaigns.

    A consultation is provided to discuss modeling, custom location and lighting, contracts, editing and scheduling.

Arceo Studio Collective specializes in creating timeless, outdoor portraits that are enhanced by blending natural light with professional flash. Each session is meticulously planned to take advantage of the chosen environment, resulting in dynamic and artful portraits.

The Event Portrait Studio

For those who want more than just a Photo Booth.
Bring in a service that is tailored purely for your guests at your next event. Whether it’s at a wedding when the whole family is together, an employee holiday party, or your next networking event; we have you covered.

  • After a consultation to determine backdrop, number of people, and scheduling, our artists will personally setup a studio on-site, light, pose and direct your guests through a curated portrait experience.

  • After photographing, patrons will have their photo automatically edited and receive a social media sized digital and/or a 5×7 print.
    Guests also have the ability to purchase more prints through an online store, delivered to their doorstep.

  • Pricing averages at $1500, and varies depending on number of studios needed for the event, custom designs for digitals or prints, print sizes, and more.

    Special programs are available for weddings, where costs can be rebated by print sales and number of people at wedding.

Complete Media Packages

  • Arceo Studio Collective specializes in delivering polished media for refined organizations. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, we understand discretion, scheduling efficiency, and brand alignment. We provide a cohesive visual library that supports marketing and long term brand value, all while integrating seamlessly into daily operations.

  • After a quick debrief on required content, shoots will be scheduled to cover marketing such as architecture and interior, food and beverage, events, staff and more. Shoot days will usually be built around event needing to be covered. Each project will have it own custom shot list that will be expertly guided to reflect brand vision.

  • Media packages can vary based on bundle, but begins at $800. Discounts are given as more services are bundled, and can be completely rebated. It includes full sized, edited imagery with full rights alongside other deliverables. Each project may have its own dedicated day, and can take at least a week to complete.
