The same sitting refreshes the member directory and the point-of-sale system, so the staff who greet you every week can finally put your name to your face, and your family’s. That recognition is the whole point of the program.

Our sessions, in three steps

    Book

    Choose your club above and reserve a time. Call, text, or book online, whichever you prefer. Bring your spouse, your family, or come alone.

    Sit

    A guided, unhurried sitting at your own club. We handle the posing, the lighting, and the direction. You show up as you are.

  3. III

    Choose

    Review your portraits the same day and select your favorites with us at your side. Your complimentary print is included.

Frequent questions

Is this really at no cost?

Yes. The sitting and one complimentary print are provided at no cost to you and no cost to the club. Additional portraits, albums, and framing are available afterward if you want them, and prices are shared before your session. Nothing is obligated.

What happens to my portrait?

Your selected portrait updates the club’s member directory and point-of-sale system so staff can greet you by name. It is used inside the club, for club purposes. You keep your prints, and you sign a release at your session covering how the images may be used.

How long should I plan for?

Individuals commonly take 15 to 25 minutes, couples 45 to 55 minutes, and families of three or four somewhat longer. Most of that time is selection; members are usually surprised by their portraits and take a while to choose. Please reserve enough time so we are not rushed.

Can I bring my family? My pet?

Please do. Spouses, children, grandchildren, and pets are all welcome, and multi-generation portraits are among the most requested sittings we photograph.

My club isn’t on the list.

We schedule club residencies well in advance. If your club isn’t listed, tell us where you belong and we will reach out to your management or board directly.
