Photography Program Examples
Classic Directory Services
This program requires us to receive your membership roster in order to notify them of directory photos. Forms of contact include text messages, or phone calls from a dedicated agent to help fill the directory. The club will receive all edited portraits and additional marketing collaterals at no-cost. This program requires the least amount of footwork, as we handle all scheduling and marketing. We provide a quick turnaround on all services while guaranteeing the highest quality products. There are no sitting fees for members to book, and portraits can be purchased beginning at $125. All roster information is secured on private servers and purged after the program. Reach out to us to receive our specialized presentation dedicated for your board to help them understand our goals at your club.
“No-Contact” Program
This program is for clubs that value their membership privacy above all else. We rely on email blasts from the club, club displays, promotional videos and word of mouth in order to get members excited about the experience. Our first consultation will go over the customizable backgrounds and session experience (i.e, doing a Christmas themed portrait week to offer Christmas cards to everyone). We focus on making it as easy as possible for members to reach out and book an appointment; whether they call, text, email, or visit our website. This program includes portraits and all marketing collaterals, but charges are made to the club and vary from $1200-1600 per week depending on location and amenities provided. There are no sitting fees to book sessions, and costs increase if club wants a print or digital provided. General packages begin at $125.
“The Portrait Party”
A specialized service where we host an event for members to come take their portrait and socialize with their friends at the club. The club will sell slots that covers a sitting fee to their membership that will normally include a drink voucher. Each member will receive an edited portrait from the event and can experience the amenity we provide. This is a great introduction to our services for clubs looking to warm their membership up to the idea of having a full program at their club.

Book
Members will have a variety of ways to book their appointment including a number they can text or call, email submission, form submission to staff, and even directly on a calendar, here on our website, where they can view availability.
Shoot
Shoot times can vary depending on the type of shoot a member requests and the amount of family present. Our artists will show them our curated poses and assist in making them look their absolute best.
Review
Members will review their portraits, make their selections, go over edits, and have an optional review of our print products if interested. There is no pressure selling, and members will have access to an online gallery of their work for life.
